Gottfried Achenwall


Gottfried Achenwall (Elbing, Prússia, 20 de outubro de 1719 ? Göttingen, 1 de maio de 1772) foi um jurista e historiador alemão. Em sua obra Staatverfassung der Europãischen Reiche im Grundriss (1749) deu a estatística, ciência que Achenwall concebeu como o conjunto de elementos socioeconómico políticos, nos quais assenta o Estado, um caráter scientífico.
